PennySwiper is a free informational tool that helps users identify credit cards that may earn high cash back or rewards rates at specific merchants. The Site is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

PennySwiper is not a financial advisor, bank, credit card issuer, or financial services company. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice. All content is for informational and comparison purposes only.

3. Accuracy of Reward Rates

Credit card reward rates, annual fees, category eligibility, and other terms change frequently. PennySwiper makes reasonable efforts to keep its data accurate and current, but we make no warranty, express or implied, that the reward rates shown on this Site are accurate, complete, or current at the time you view them.

You are solely responsible for verifying all card terms, reward rates, annual fees, and eligibility requirements directly with the card issuer before applying for or using any credit card.

Notable situations where rates may differ from what's shown:

  • Rotating quarterly categories (e.g., Chase Freedom Flex, Discover it) change each quarter and require activation by the cardholder
  • Some reward rates are subject to monthly or quarterly caps that may not be reflected in our results
  • Card issuers may change reward structures, category eligibility, or merchant category codes at any time
  • Co-branded cards (e.g., Amazon Prime Visa) may require specific memberships or subscriptions to earn elevated rates

4. Affiliate Relationships
